✦ Do you have a rewards/loyalty program?

Yes, we are happy to share with you that we have finally launched our Loyalty Program. Simply create an account to start earning points. No purchase is necessary to become a member.

How do I create an account?

It's very easy! You can create an account by clicking the account icon and choosing, create an account. We only need your full name, valid email address, and password. Click Create an account. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as the account is created..

Do I have to create an account?

We recommend creating an account with us; doing so will give you additional perks and a range of exclusive benefits available for Sand & Sky members only.

How do I earn points?

There are a lot of ways to earn points. Customers get 1 point for every $1 spent with us. 

- By simply creating an account gives you 50 points

- Following us on Instagram, Facebook, or by leaving a review gives you 10 points each.

- Submit a photo or video review (i.e. before and after or video on how to use) will give you 10 points each

- Signing up for a newsletter gives you 20 points

- Refer a friend gives you $10 worth of points, and your friend will get $10 worth of points as well.

*Rewards may vary by tier and some tiers may have more Rewards than others. 

What happens to my points when I return items?

Loyalty points cannot be refunded. Therefore, we recommend using the points wisely. If you need help in choosing the correct product for you, please reach out to us to give you a piece of friendly advice.

Can I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time by clicking here. Upon cancellation or termination of a membership, all Rewards linked to that member account will be forfeited immediately. The member account will be anonymised and will retain all anonymised information.

 

Important Notice:

Starting from January 2, 2024, and until the new program is implemented, there will be a temporary suspension of points accumulation. During this period, you won't accrue any points for your transactions.

We want to assure you that your current points balance as of January 2, 2024, will not be affected. You will retain all the points you have earned up to that date, and they will be eligible for redemption once the new program is in place.
