Why is delivery to Singapore faster than Australian delivery?
Despite being a fully Australian brand, we do have three warehouses; in Australia, Singapore and the US. That’s why you might see different shipping times according to where you live. It all depends on our local shipping partner delivery times and the distance you live from the closest warehouse but rest assured – we are as Aussie as they come!
How long does Express Shipping take?
There are two options for Express Shipping, which are currently only available in the US. Overnight delivery takes 1 business day. Orders must be placed before 12 noon PST to arrive by 3pm PST the following business day. If “Overnight Express Shipping” is selected and the order is placed after 12 noon PST, please expect your order to arrive between 1-2 business days. 2 day Express Shipping will take 1-2 business days to arrive. Orders must be placed before 12 noon PST to arrive at the latest by 3pm PST 2 business days later. If “2 Day Express Shipping” is selected and the order is placed after 12 noon PST, please expect your order to arrive between 2-3 business days.
